Gary has been with PMN for 29 years and a practicing CPA for over 30 years. Gary is a tax advisor and business consultant to organizations in a wide range of industries including manufacturing services, wholesale and distribution, technology, restaurants, real estate, and other areas. He has extensive experience with “C” and “S” corporations, partnerships, LLC, and the principals of each. Gary also advises clients on structure of, and strategies for, business acquisitions and sales, expansions, and other significant transactions or related matters. In addition, he advises individuals on strategies and alternatives in personal financial and estate planning matters.
