On February 13, 2009, Senior Managers, Barry N. Chait, Esq. and Rosalie W. Miller, CPA, presented PMN’s New Form 990 presentation for the American Bar Association during their mid-year convention at the Boston Marriott Hotel.

This was the fifth New Form 990 presentation conducted by Barry and Rosalie since the Internal Revenue Service released the first draft version of the new, redesigned Form 990 in December 2007.

The updated form raises issues for charities in the areas of governance, financial reporting, executive compensation, related organizations and more.
