Peter H. Dinsmore, CPA, Partner, and Barry N. Chait, Esq., Senior Manager, are presenting a program entitled “Board Governance and Its Relevance to the new Form 990” to two conferences this fall.

The first will be at the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) Governance Conference for Trustees and Heads of Schools on October 28, 2009.

The second will be at the annual joint conference and expo of the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network and the Associated Grant Makers being held November 13 at the Sheraton Framingham Conference Center.
