Russ has been a practicing CPA for over 30 years and has been with PMN for 24 years. He is the Director of the Firm’s Technology Based Businesses Group and has experience in helping clients with taxation issues related to the formation, operation, reorganization, and sale of businesses. Russ provides business and tax advice to closely-held businesses and their owners ranging from very large and stable to very small, fast growing and evolving. In addition to providing services to technology based businesses, Russ also serves real estate and family businesses and high net worth individual clients.
