Gary has been with PMN for 27 years and a practicing CPA for over 30 years. Gary is a tax advisor and business consultant to organizations in a wide range of industries including real estate, manufacturing, services, retail, wholesale and distribution, restaurants and others areas. He has extensive experience with “C” and “S” corporations and their shareholders. Gary also advises clients on structure of, and strategies for, business acquisitions and sales, expansions, and other significant transactions or related matters. In addition, he is the Director of the Firm's personal financial and estate planning services.
