David has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant and with PMN for over 27 years. He has significant experience providing audit, tax and consulting services to community banks, nonprofit organizations, real estate rental and development companies, as well as specialty retail companies. David has actively assisted clients in areas such as strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, recruitment of financial management personnel and a variety of tax planning matters.
