Brenda is a Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years of public accounting experience and a deep commitment to the not-for-profit sector. She has supervised the audits for numerous health and human service providers, cultural associations and schools over the course of her career. Additionally, Brenda regularly provides assistance to her clients with regard to internal control structures and compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to not-for-profit organizations. An experienced presenter, Brenda conducts in-house training programs for the professional staff at PMN who service not-for-profit clients. She has completed and maintains all the educational requirements of Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133.
